CDC grant to study risks of combined use of opioids and ‘benzos’

UC Davis Health researchers received a $1.05 million grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to identify risk and protective factors linked to the combined use of opioids and benzodiazepines, a group of drugs used to treat anxiety and insomnia.
