Former child refugee will soon graduate from medical school

Duy Nguyen was just 5 years old when smugglers helped him and his family escape communist Vietnam. He will soon graduate from the UC Davis School of Medicine. He’s also on a mission to educate health care providers about the traumas endured by refugees.
